    Hello everyone! I’m new to Dealer Refresh and am excited to share my first post with the community.

    There’s so much talk around merging automotive and ecommerce lately. Disrupting the auto industry is on everyone’s minds, but I think we’re missing the point if we believe the only thing car dealers can learn from ecommerce is how to stock your digital lot. Instead of overhauling the retail car shopping experience to be fully online, I think we should first take the best marketing tactics from ecommerce and put them to work for automotive.

    In a recent blog, I detailed two major strategies that we can steal from ecommerce to better engage leads and improve the sales process.
