Hi all, I haven't posted often here at DR, but I do spend a lot of time lurking and reading.
I wanted to reach out today and get some opinions in regards to marketing structure.
As you all know, we have many aspects of marketing. Online, print, radio, flyers, etc.
What type of structure do you operate in? Do you have a full marketing department that handles everything or is each department responsible for their own?
Any input would be appreciated!
