Who is going to DD14 in Orlando

Greetings all,

My boss is kicking around sending me to Digital Dealer 14 in Orlando. Having missed NADA I am curious if it would be worth going to Orlando or waiting for Vegas in October.

Who else is going?

If you have to chose one: Vegas.

The environment is just better to meet other vendors/dealers and mingle after the show. I've learned as much after the show than during the show.

That's what I thought. The wife is not too excited for 2000 car guys/gals getting together is Vegas - conference or not.

You should check out AutoCon in Vegas in September.

Had a great time and learned a lot. Dealer principles are free too!

I would go to both even if I had to foot the bill myself. Each one is a little different in my opinion.

Grant - let's go with the idea of what are you looking to achieve at the conference? Is the primary goal education (if so - on what topic and why), product evaluation (hands on experience with different vendors), or networking (maybe job fishing)?

Though these are things all conferences offer, understanding your main objective will help you pick a conference to meet your needs.
