Job summary:


  • Supporting, managing and retention of 50-100 Automotive.com dealer accounts
  • Keep a high level of business to business relations with existing accounts and new business
  • Manage the day to day interactions with dealers, troubleshooting issues, resolving questions, and concerns quickly and alerting Manager of any technical and or implementation issues
  • New Car leads, Finance leads and Classified Inventory to be able to evaluate effectiveness and speak to the products on a day to day basis with the dealer
  • Document all interactions with dealers via email, phone and fax
  • Receivables: invoicing and collections
  • Prepare and assist monthly summaries
  • Assist as needed with support for administrative/support functions.

Education/Experience/Skills:


  • 3-5 years account management experience
  • Strong Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and applied problem solving expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
