Job Summary and Responsibilities:

The product manager will be responsible for products and feature sets on our Automotive In-Market Sites while working closely with business stakeholders, design team, SEO team and engineering team.

Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and create solutions that meet their objectives.

Understand the value of design and usability while balancing revenue streams and technical feasibility when developing requirements for various products.

Create functional specification documents that outline the objective and detailed requirements for the engineering team.

Lead cross-functional teams including web designers, search engine optimizers, engineers and program managers to launch successful projects on-time. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Champion projects from conception to post-launch.

Organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects while working independently in a deadline driven environment.

Analyze performance of key metrics and trending behaviors to suggest optimization strategies to increase revenue opportunities.

Ability to understand the key technology and architectural basis of our automotive web site platforms to facilitate decision-making and cross-functional communication.

Evaluate new technologies and opportunities for licensing and integration into our platform.

Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas for differentiation.

Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and exceeding expectations.

Education/Experience/Skills:

Requires a B.A/B.S, management degree a plus

4+ years of product management experience as it relates to consumer facing internet products.

[FONT=&quot]Prior experience within the automotive space is a plus, but not required

Familiarity with online monetization business models: CPC, CPM, CPA

Strong project management skills; process oriented, organized and detailed

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including assessing situations, evaluating options and coming up with recommendations

Clear understanding of web development cycle

Ability to multi-task and manage priorities based on opportunity, risk and impact to business

Flexible working styles to adapt to various personalities in cross-functional teams

Exceptional communication skills, ability to communicate across all levels in the organization, both verbal and written

Strong team work and leadership skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated business, communication, leadership and teamwork abilities

Proven ability to innovate

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

An excellent track record of developing, launching, and marketing products.

Experience with software, online products, search or enterprise platforms are highly desired.
