I'm with Drew, Google Apps. Tops for everything you are looking for - ease of use, storage, security, and price. On top of that it has IMAP so you can easily use your account across home, office, iPhone, etc.

There are also options for hosted Exchange if your dealership would like this functionality but doesn't have IT people on staff to manage this. Google Apps is nice too, but be sure to read their privacy practices.

We have used MS Exchange for years with no problems. Have Google as a back up.
GoDaddy, easy to use. Best price on the market, very secure. Works with all phone types, support is always under 5 min.. You can get it for around $200/3 years, that's $5+ a month (20 users for example).. Don't go with hosted exchanged, just do IMAP or POP accounts, you can do a file sharing and calender with the same Login info too. Absolutely love their e-mail products, has been flawless.. Google is another one, but it's more expensive and it's only e-mail...
Google Apps is amazing. Seamless integration over all devices and calendars (Outlook to iCal).
