The role of the Dealer Recruitment/Dealer Liaison Specialist is to appropriate participation by new car dealers in order to satisfy our new car buyers. This involves recruiting new car dealers using a prepared script and set of tools and working off an existing database of dealerships, assisting dealers to enter offers, reminding dealers as new deals become available and generally helping to ensure that dealers are happy working with CarWoo as we satisfy our buyers.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have a passion for quality and customer satisfaction. You must be detail and action oriented and have a high level of personal integrity.

Responsibilities:
* Work from a list new car dealerships to recruit dealers to join the CarWoo dealer network and make offers to buyers
* Remind existing dealers about news deals
* Answer calls and questions from dealers
* Document all calls and actions taken
* Maintain accurate dealer and dealership information
* Be knowledgeable about and proficient with CarWoo's application and policies

Qualifications:
* Professional phone voice and good communicator
* Must display confidence and have the ability to speak confidently on the phone
* Must be responsible, dependable, and able to work well independently
* Must be able to make a high volume of outbound calls
* A dynamic and outgoing personality that is reflected in your voice
* Motivated self-starter and goal oriented
* Customer-centric and resourceful
* Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, savvy on the web

Must have:
* Telesales, Telemarketing or Outbound, phone based customer support experience
* Good references
* Computer
* Reliable internet connection
* Home office
* Reliable telephone connectivity

This is a contract position requiring 30-40 hours per week on a flexibility schedule, including the possibility of some evening hours and/or Saturday and Sunday hours and will pay $15 per hour. There are growth paths in other positions and full-time employment with the company..
