Obviously most dealerships would like to discount their demo vehicles as little as possible. Do you advertise demo specials or anything similar? I've never known how to tackle this subject.

That drop down thing on their website is like playing duck hunt (old nintendo game). You have to time it, then CLICK to submit a quote.... who knows maybe it's a conversion monster... problem is I suck at Duck Hunt.
Clean 'em up, put 'em on the floor with DEMO across the window. The perception is that these units have "special" deals associated with them. We do not ruin the perception. Also -- good switch units: "You need to be $20 less per month? Well, we can be $20 less on that unit..."
