How is January 2011 going ?

Is your dealership going to hit your target ? I know New England stores have probably had a tough time with all the snow. I'm in Maryland and this week has slowed our month end business. We are still digging out.

Our month has been a struggle.

How's every one else doing ?

None of the Honda dealers in my district look like they will hit.

I know this, December was a really strong month for Honda and January is a non promotion month. No Happy Honda Days or Mr Opportunity etc.

It's been a rough start.

Couldn't be better. We hit our target on the 21st and are 43 ahead of it already.

We did something right this month, we're not rock stars by any means but we're over doubling the next store in our prov on new Ford's and used is tracking to be a few units over target. Other dealers in our area seem to be mediocre to struggling this month.

Considering we were closed entirely one day and lost most of that week due to the snow, this month was okay. (But that snow seems to have sparked an interest in Saabs--we've sold more this month than we have in ages!)
