We are looking for Internet Sales Director positions in high volume Toyota dealerships in the Nashville/Memphis markets.

Job Responsibilities:
· Assist Sales Associates in the potential closing of deals
· Oversee the efforts of Sales Associates, to enhance the dealership's image, the customer experience and achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction
· Works closely with Corporate and General Management developing E-Commerce processes - improving the Internet sales performance of the dealership
· Forecasts daily and monthly goals for department and strive to meet them
· Complete customer follow-up as outlined by Corporate standards
· Work with store management to develop online/offline-pricing policies to achieve goals and help the store to better leverage the Corporate Web sites
· Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all E-Commerce Sales Associates.
· Provide support for the Business Development Center
· Manage and update website including pictures, coupons, and other pertinent information
· Supervise and assure reporting compliance for E-Com, inventory, and showroom traffic reports
· Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
· Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the E-Commerce Department
· Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
