Hey gang, I am looking for some info on what type of owner loyalty programs you are using. Who is using what, and how is it working for you?
We have been using our current loyalty program for 8 years now, its ok, but it cost $1,500 a month just in admin fees. Its a card that gives incentives like State Inspections for life, oil change discounts, car washes, discounts on tires, service contracts, parts, accessories, and $ back toward purchases of vehicles when you use the card.
It brings people in, we have a high retention with new for first service, but we are also using GM CSSR program. I am looking to find out what choices are out there these days that are working for you so I can compare. I appreciate all feed back.
