Recently We were approached by a company named MaxTradein. They have a little different philosophy on handling the trade objection on line. The customer posts their vehicles information on their website, and then select a group of dealers from a list to bid on their trade. Each dealer can post their original offer for the customers trade, and then revise it once. Afterwards, the customer can select which dealership they would like to consider, and the customers information at that time is forwarded to the selected dealer. It is a monthly fee, and then a cost per lead except for leads generated on the dealers website.

Does anyone have any experience with this company? If so any complaints, and has the experience been positive? I can see a benefit of not losing the customer over a ridiculously low TIM offer, and we have an opportunity to present our number against other dealers. May be a good way to get cars for CAC? Any thoughts in general about this idea?
