On my side of things -- low/little/no support.
Vender experience:
- The work from home, but not really "working".
- Don't call us, send us an email so we can pass it around to multiple support reps and still don't solve the problem or answer the question.
- Quickly closing the ticket (because that is how CR is ranked) with "not enough info"
- On the occasion we get back a response, with the required/needed info - send all the requested info - don't hear back for days/weeks.
- We have that on the que for the next release ... months pass ... We have that on the que for the next release
- Have you heard about our new "widget/experience/product" ... umm you need to solve the problem I am having now,
- My report shows you need to do X/Y ... have you ever sold cars or worked in a dealership (NO) ... but my company trained me in an intense video watching seminar for 2 days on what you guys need.
- Have you heard about our <insert this months trend> ... lately been "AI based"
Reason I tend to latch on to certain products/venders that "get it"
