If you haven't peeked under the hood with this product you should - here's why -
Statistically 60% of Live Chat sessions are looking for service..how many webiste visitors do you have looking for service......don't know...you should - .why not hot link them from the Live Chat window directly into an application that can check hours left to sell and write an appointment directly to the DMS and then send out a confirmation and reminder email. Take it a step further and let the tool notify the consumer the vehicle is done automatically with a phone or email then allow them to pay for it via credit card online....now that is true transactional service.....

People are moving at the speed of light and multi tasking - by the time they relax and realize their ride is due for service the dealership departmetn is closed....why not empower them to make the appointment themselves direclty at 10pm?

Transactional based websitres are here and will become a larger part of al our lives in the auto industry.....
