    Yeah we have approx 240-260 used vehicles on the ground... If I was paying $5k a month, I would definitely need to be selling 20+ units a month that are completely verifiable.... Not the phantom car deals that Autotrader tries to take credit for.

    How many used cars do you have in your inventory that they charge you $5k? I am looking at likely getting rid of cars.com and Autotrader for poor performance and looking at other options.

    Out of curiosity, did you notice a large lift in leads and lead quality between their Free version that masks the phone number and email addresses VS their now highly charged paid version? Reason I ask is because we are in their free program and it is far from our best performing source.

    It wasn't the number of chat requests that I was concerned with, it was the closing ratio. Although we have a decent overall closing ratio for our internet leads, we are not closing any of our chat leads.

    Yeah, I am not really looking for anything to be used in our sales process... Just the best performing to capture/convert leads. I am leaving heavily towards the PureCars with the TradeHook feature tied in as it seems its the best value.

    I currently have the Black Book Trade in tool but am considering looking at the Pure Cars Value Your Trade instead because I think the user interface is nicer and more engaging. Anyone have any comparisons or opinions? Any other platforms I should be considering instead?

    I haven't personally used iMagic ILM but I've sat thru the demo, and it should be able to do what you are looking for. Sounds like the follow up schedules just need some work.

    I won't have a moch up of the VDP until they build out the site... But for the most part the VinSolutions sites seem to be pretty much the same when it comes to the VDP page and based on the stats I've seen, they perform pretty well (at least compared to the DealerFire site I currently have)...

    So here is our initial moch up... there are some obvious tweaks that we will need to make (ex. rotating banner not covered by search bar). All of the quick links will open advanced search options over the rotating banner like most VinSolutions sites do (see www.thegmzone.com) for example...
