Finally sent in our cancellation after still not receiving a response. After canceling, I get an email telling me that they were "close" to identifying the problem. Too late and probably not even true.

We already canceled, so there is no chat tool on the site now. I hated to cancel without a replacement, but I decided it better to have the service unavailable than to disappoint our guests.

I dropped them this month after constant problems with poor responses to leads. I have complained several times with no response. Actually switched to Podium for the reason mentioned in above post, my volume may go down, but hope for better quality and I get their contact information.
