#RefreshFriday Merchandizing - Someone is Launching a new Service | Joe Pistell

Dealer PSA: Audit your used VDPs ASAP.
IDEA: For your next sales meeting, pick your oldest VINs. Print and hand every rep one window sticker and a highlighter. Tell them to go to the VDP and highlight EVERY missing feature on the window sticker. Pay them $1 for each one and a reward for the most missing features.

Brace yourselves, it's going to be ugly. GOOD NEWS: If you fix this your competitors are asleep.

Aug-Nov 22 vs 23 results just in:

--NAILED IT--

  1. 3rd party leads (-23%), create 3rd party sales (+20%)
  2. Dealer's site leads (+73%), create more sales (+107%) Reymore.com
This is the BDC's report from the Pilot store only, your mileage may vary.

p.p.s. big call out to SEMD! The agency began in July, they boosted our Reymore.com numbers significantly (yet kept the budget unchanged)

Try it, the QR code works.

It's a 1st draft. The CTA needs work. I love "See your absolute best payment right now" The CTA will need to speak to mobile users and to shoppers on the classified sites.

Thoughts?
I doubt the scan rate will be very high since most would be using their phone to simply see the car pics/site anyways. But, doesn't hurt I suppose. May want to consider a visible url below it as well?
