As a former employee of Cox Automotive, I outline for each of you how Cox Automotive is completely screwing the dealer body and the manufacturer over. Particurly the dealer's in the states that have eliminated the DMS fee (Arizona, Montanna, Virginia, Oregon, Utah, North Carolina). I put it in video format so you don't have to read it.

Thats putting it nicesly. Im going to address every concern here. 1. "you lost me when you said how much money you made". First off I appologize if it made you incomfortable. Money is certainly Taboo. I only said it so you know you are not talking to some low level guy. 2. cease and desist guy. I did get one of those. Ill post my response. Its pretty unprofessional warning. But you threaten me like a bitch and im going to slap you like a bitch. 3. Employees quiting $225k salary jobs with no job secured does not happen. Ever. That speaks to the shit show. They are ripping you off. They think you guys are idiots. And maybe they're right. If you all sit there and take it
