    Mark, vendors are hesitant for a very good reason. It is my understanding that the fee structure is governed by a confidentiality agreement - particularly in the case of Reynolds. I have asked numerous vendors what the fee structure is and have been told that they are unable to disclose it...

    Gene...you are in for a rude awakening..... CDK and Reynolds are both charging enormous integration fees for any third party API integration....all in the name of "security".     DealerBuilt DMS

    I recently saw a presentation from DealerBuilt DMS. Seems too good to be true... Appears to have all the features and benefits of a Reynolds or CDK system - without any of the heartburn inherent in dealing with those two companies. Any thoughts?

    Query Builder - Option Greyed Out

    Sometimes Query Builder will get "hung up" in the routine that transfers data to Excel. I have had this happen. Reboot your computer - all the way off all the way on - and log back into Reynolds. Should be fine.
