    I think it all depends on what you are using content for. Another term is "cornerstone content", which are main articles that rank high in SEO. These articles are more for SEO purposes rather than to fill newsfeeds. Both strategies can be useful.

    I've been handling a client's Facebook Marketplace listing. The questions I get are pretty common and wouldn't be too hard for a bot to handle. I imagine the questions for CarsDotCom wouldn't be too different.

    I think it might come down to whether or not the user thinks they are talking to someone at the dealership or not? I might not even ask certain questions if I don't think the chat can answer them.

    Good podcast guys. @Chris Leslie, how would you suggest someone build a relationship with you if you weren't online? There is a great online community, but there's also a lot of dealers who aren't involved with it that are hard to get ahold of.

    Thanks @Jeff Kershner for the mention... @bpreston, I don't know anyone offering a service specifically for what you are asking for in terms of tagging staff. I know some vendors doing similar things. I think it's a neat product idea to add to my list. GrowthFx offers pages like these...
