Joe, I use PureCars and my dealerships are using the Value Reports on the showroom floor and are liking it. My BDC staff are using them in their email follow-up and chat sessions. And of course we have them on our Dealer websites and I have been working to get the Value Report feature on our mobile sites as well. It's been a positive experience thus far.
Here are a few other references to read in regards to PureCars.
They are currently an ad sponsor here on DealerRefresh but I can promise you this is not the reason I'm taking the time to comment. I'm sure you can agree it's not every day you find a tool that you sales and BDC actually use daily. This is one of those. So yeah - I like it!
Don't really like their product, so can't say it's anything amazing.
Seems like a great price concept, but the way it's laid out, doesn't look great.
The only thing they have going for them is the graph + data collection.
A dealer asks whether PureCars is worth using for marketing used cars. Responses are mixed: one dealer reports positive results using their Value Reports in showroom, BDC follow-up, and websites, while another finds the product underwhelming despite appreciating its pricing concept and data visualization features. The thread offers limited consensus but suggests PureCars has some utility for dealership marketing, though effectiveness may vary by implementation and user preference.
