Changing Intellipath coupon criteria

We use Intellipath to print coupons at the bottom of our repair orders...but for as long as I can remember, we've been printing the same ones for everyone. (Kinda defeats the purpose, no?)

I'm looking to spice it up with a few different messages depending on certain criteria, but I'm wondering: do I have to send every single heffalump-in' change through the Reynolds mothership? Is there any part of this system that is modifiable here on the ground? (I know the location of the server, but it kinda sits on the floor of our server room and doesn't do much.)

Any guidance from someone who's been down this road would be appreciated.
