My client who just signed up with CallBrite is being told it takes 2 weeks to get local numbers provisioned. If this standard? Does any DR members have any escalation points inside of CallBrite?
Sounds long... most companies will get you numbers with in a day or two of signing. K8 you can get instantly online (I don't recommend K8 for other reasons thought.)
Brian, were you able to get through to anyone at CallBrite?
Seems like a long time to provision a number. Century Interactive get it done for me in usually a day or less.
Not discrediting CallBrite, they have a good set up but dealers need to do some deep research before signing up for a call service that might not meet their needs.
A dealer's client was quoted a 2-week timeline to provision local numbers through CallBrite, prompting Brian Pasch to ask if this is standard and request escalation contacts. Responses from other dealers indicate that 2 weeks is unusually long—most call service providers deliver numbers within 1-2 days, with K8 offering instant provisioning—and suggest that dealers should thoroughly vet call services before signing up to ensure they meet performance expectations.
