Video Auto Responders

Our dealership is looking for a company that has a video auto-responding service for incoming leads. Everything that I have researched so far requires a dealership to have to purchase their CRM as well. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I think that Elise Kephart will be speaking at Dealer Synergy event in Atlanta (if I got that wrong please someone correct me).

Elise has been known for being one of the most prolific users of Youtube during the sales process. It may be worth for you to reach out to that conference if this is something your dealership is considering doing.

What exactly are you looking for? Are you looking to send a custom video to every customer that contacts you via email? If so, you can create a short Youtube video, or I recommend using Authntk which enables your customers to use their smart phone to shoot and send a quick video within minutes.

Are you just looking to include videos in your responses to each new lead? For example, my Honda dealership sends out an introductory email with a video that introduces the guest to their Product Specialist.

You certainly don't need a company to do this. You can shoot the video, build the templates, etc. in house.
