I'm wondering what function or setting I need to use or modify in DealerTrack so it doesn't report every job quote as a lost sale. Each time I creat a customer quote, any part I do not stock is recorded as a lost sale and DealerTrack does not allow lost sale corrections. Any help would be appreciated.
