Hi Bill,

The website I shared here is an advertising agency. It is a registered US company that works remotely. Workers do their jobs using a cloud-based system, so ad flagging is not an issue. Like other marketing agencies, its workers reside in different places, especially in tax-treaty countries. If you are interested, you can contact them.
