I am looking for a instant messaging system that we can use internally in our dealership for advisors, techs and parts to communicate. But I do not want AIM, Yahoo etc! Anyone have any suggestions or using anything?

I did find this one company: LAN Messenger, Secure Chat - Instant messaging software (IM).
