We have built a CXM platform and DR tool that can let our dealers give their shoppers the anonymity and transparency that they require in this marketplace.
Process is a moving target and must always change to accommodate the changing buyer habits. At the end of the day, shoppers don't want or need to spend hours taking delivery. Every other vertical reinvents themselves regularly to super-serve their clientele and yet there are some dealers that are stuck in the 1980's, playing games and praying for 5 pounders.
My neighborhood has had 4 Carvana and Vroom deliveries during Covid. I spoke to each one of them and they all shared that they're never going back. They also all cited the same reasons. "the back and forth, the games, F&I, the BS with my trade, the fees..."
This is reality...look at Tesla, Carvana, and Vroom share growth...all without Brick and Mortar. All without at least 3 people in the traditional buying cycle making 6 figures! Choose the car, secure funding, accessorize and protect...just like Amazon and Wayfair!
Automotive news gave us a nod last week and we are even done innovating yet.
