I completely agree, but this is not my first go around in switching hosts/providers, actually we moved to the Ford Clickmotive site only about 8-9 months ago. But that move did not even come close to comparing to a couple CRM moves I was involved in. There is always more to these kinds of changes then you figure on, no matter how much you plan in advance.Plus our 15 year old phone system we just discovered is giving up the ghost on us so I am working on re-negotiating contracts and overseeing the installation of that project. Not the best time to tackle a large website project like this. But it really isn't my call at this point, I agree with the decision but the timing is not the best. So I am just going full steam ahead with it.
