Imagine a user further down the funnel who does want to review all the details, especially prior to committing to anything online be it; deposits, personal details and so on.

Argument for both.

Intelligent summary is great. Having the details available in an easy to read format is great. Having an exhaustive list of details available should they want to/ need to dig... all that much better. No one ever said "you have too much info on your car available to me "
