Well I'm super new to the biz and I don't know what most of those 3 letter initials you used mean lol but we use CM for our internet department and for our sales staff (well I should say the sales staff occassionally uses it when they remember to put it in there instead of writing it on a piece of paper.) Anyway, both myself and my internet partner here can't stand CM...we think it's very antiquated...but what can you do? We're in a contract with them as well...... I hope someone can answer your questions tho.
