Thanks for the shoutout!  I am a digital marketing consultant and I have 3 dealer groups that are all using the LESA platform for lead responses, DCH/ Lithia being the largest.  The response rate due to the custom videos has been nothing short of phenomenal.  One FCA dealer saw their percentage of customers "contacted" nearly double and appointment show rates increased by 57%.  Seriously, the best system that we have ever used.  After using the platform as a customer, I was so impressed that I became a LESA reseller.  Sooo...
