The problem that we are discussing is our CRM was blacklisted from sending individual emails, as well as bulk. Targeting customers using email on Facebook is a great idea. Once they are in our CRM though, we were unable to communicate with them via email. That was our major issue.It seems things have been fixed on their end though, so we shall see what happens from here.
