I've taken Dealer to the mat a couple times in the past when I wasn't happy, so it's fitting that I thank them when I'm pleased.

I had an issue recently where the normal production time wouldn't have worked at all and I was in a bind. I got in touch with Joe Pistell and asked if he could help grease the wheels and get an exception for us. That same day, within minutes actually, my contact at Dealer knocked-out our issue and we were off to the races.

That wouldn't have been possible if nobody cared about their client - and they really showed it.

ps. Joe, I hope I didn't open up a Pandora's Box here! lol

Believe me, we're working on systems that gets power tools into the hands of power users like you (no need to call us, or, PM Sr Directors that hang out in the forums ;-)
