Have a three strike policy:Strike 1) remove the fake reviewsStrike 2) leave the fake review(s) and identify them as a fake(s) or questionableStrike 3) you're out - blacklistThat would not only bring more integrity to DealerRater, but you would spend less time, eventually, investigating. It would stop all of this funny business and give the dealerships a level playing field.
