We started with DealerCrap almost 2 years ago.  This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen as far as dealer software goes.  Reporting isn't bad.  It absolutely does not exist.  There in-house experts are complete idiots.  Once you go on this piece of crap system you are pretty much on your own.  Cox Automotive has no intention of doing anything with to make this garbage better.  All they are doing is holding out for Reynolds & Reynolds to make them an offer.  If I were them I would accept $1 for it.  Complete total CRAP!
