I was watching a video on YouTube showing DealerSocket app. I am sure other CRMs have such apps too. But specifically asking about DS app because I watched the video.
The app felt like they took a desktop app and tried to shrink it to a phone to maintain parity with the desktop app.

3. How often do you use the app in a day (or week)
4. Is the app integrated with your dealership's phone system?
