Last I heard they were around the 2,000 rooftop mark. However, they're getting up to $10,000/mo. for installs over the past few years. The product margin is insane! The growth rate and margins are what drove the valuation. In comparison, eLead was getting around $2,500/mo. with significantly more rooftops than DriveCentric. Even though eLead had strong growth and consistent sales, they were no longer exploding when they sold to CDK. I think that was acquisition was for $500M with potential for more.Don't take any of the numbers I'm throwing out here to the bank. I'm running off of what I've heard.
