I think the charts of used car prices, new car incentives and customer equity will go through some things this year.


If you compare dealership databases and their resting equity it's a pretty good reflection of their past tactics and future potential. Sure a lot is out of their control but I'd argue one of the more common features I've seen is the higher performing stores have pretty stable and healthy equity stats. If your customers are smoked your potential is as well.


The tactics I'm referring to encapsulate everything within marketing and sales.
