I encountered the captcha security prompt around a year ago.  The only way around it for us was to have the CFO of the dealer group contact their Reynolds rep directly and ask to have it removed.  It was taken care of within an hour of the request.  The next big software update seemed to reset these settings and we started seeing the captcha again.  We asked to have it disabled and it was done, just took about 24 hours the second time.  The joys of dealing with R&R...
