Most of the service departments we have worked with are pretty detailed with their ROs. We plan to start with the data we already have by translating the comments and declined services on the ROs themselves. That would be a first pass on pushing tire sales.
To dive deeper into tires in general, we can be a bit generic on recommending tires every 20,000 to 30,000 miles. That's simple and probably a quick add on the path to being a bit smarter about them.
Personally, I love tires - I know, I'm weird. They make the most difference in handling along with a noticeable stopping power. And on trucks, they absolutely turn them from wimpy to beastly! I've had sports cars that rip through tires in less than 10,000 miles and see how important winters are up here. There are so many angles to take. Some ideas are flying around in my head
