The iframe is the issue here and no GTM or GA event would be able to track this info and share conversion data with you.  Looking into the XTime code our engineers came up with a possible solution.  This is prelim and we may or may not work:


XTime loads some elements into the iframe upon a user making an appointment, for example a map is presented within the iframe on a confirmation page.  A reader/robot could be built to look in the iframe for this element and each time found it can fire an event so you can record this data in GA.
