"Technically" required by Google to notify you - it will appear on your (they manage) ad account as a credit for any advertising dollars spent. If you do rough math...my calcs are about $125-150 per account. Need more information from Google to get exact. But $125-150, really not all that much comparing. That is unless they do some sliding scale based off of industries impacted, amount of average ad spend, etc etc. They have the data, kind of weird how we have not be given more details.
