The fact is, if potential buyers have been in contact with a dealership, generally that's a telltale sign there's varying degrees of interest. Dealerships are usually preoccupied with a range of different responsibilities. What happens is if buyers do not find the dealership to be responsive, they're very likely to connect with a different vendor. Most probably a close competitor.  If hot leads are regularly slipping through the cracks, outsourcing your followup process can massively reduce this failure to close interested buyers. More importantly, outsourcing followups is a zero risk strategy with the capacity to considerably improve profitability.
