My follow-up is suffering in Vinsolutions because, I am not seeing my complete lead list each day so...I had a few questions.
If the customer doesn't answer? will the lead still pop up in my task list each and every day?
If someone else answers the customer, does that take it out of my task list going forward?
Is there a certain way I need to dismiss tasks to keep myself in the loop?
