IDMS - anyone has any experience with it good/bad

We are medium independent currently on Automate DMS - looking to switch to IDMS by same vendor. Main reason is cutting on costs and second more bigger is "service module" Automate is all about franchise and for independent dealer it's hard to use. Thank You
