The tool is oriented towards Local SEO, where citations are a big driver in rankings. So, they only submit to a handful of listing sites, but those sites push (Aggregate) their data to a good portion of the internet. I haven't tested this tool out, but I currently do use Bright Local and WhiteSpark for building and tracking citations.Also, citations aren't the only component of Local SEO, so this isn't a silver bullet; just a tool to help you get started.
