I actually stole the idea from a dealer on a CDG podcast. I'm not smart enough to come up with my own ideas, but I'm smart enough to know that I'm not smart, so I just steal good ideas instead. Ha.I just started with a small amount to give them some leeway. So just $500. I wanted them to see how serous I was about taking care of the customer, but I didn't want to be too bold to start.
