You're probably right about that Shawn - an ILM might be better than a CRM for Aaron's situation. The only problem with the American solutions is that a few of them are not good for Canada because of the way inventory is integrated. Aaron - be sure you make it very clear to the companies you speak to that you are in Canada. You might want to catch-up with Mitch Gallant on these forums to see what he ended up doing. He has been in your shoes and tried working with a few of the American solutions mentioned by Shawn. He can give you some good insight.
