If "Using the right strategy on today’s savvy internet car buyers can dramatically increase shopper trust, maximize brand loyalty and greatly improve customer satisfaction", then why not populate ads instead of photos in your VDP's? Sick of reading all over this forum about how bad the website converts, or ILM/BDC issues. Just give the customer what they want to see (Everyone looks at the photos) and sell more!
...But then again no one would call, email or chat with the store to get more information. Problem with most dealers online presentation is that its controlled by others who profit by giving no information. What are you thoughts on full transparency?
